He learned about credit the hard way. Mistakes, denials, and the frustration of being told “no” by systems that don't explain why. But instead of accepting it, he studied. He learned consumer law. He learned how credit bureaus operate, how creditors report, and how the system can be challenged — legally.
8 years ago, he founded ImproveU with one mission: help real people fix their credit the right way. No gimmicks. No bots sending cookie-cutter letters. No empty promises.
What started as helping friends and family turned into a full operation — a team of trained credit specialists, legal strategies that actually work, and a reputation built entirely on results.
