1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and ImproveU LLC ("ImproveU," "we," "us," or "our"), a California limited liability company located in Fresno, California. By enrolling in our services, accessing our website (www.improveu.net), or using any of our platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services or access our website.
2. Description of Services
Credit Repair Services
ImproveU provides credit repair services, which include but are not limited to:
- Reviewing and analyzing your credit reports from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion
- Identifying potentially inaccurate, unverifiable, incomplete, or questionable items on your credit reports
- Preparing and sending dispute letters to credit bureaus and/or creditors on your behalf
- Tracking dispute results and providing progress updates through our client portal
- Providing credit education and strategy recommendations
Business Funding Referrals
ImproveU may provide referrals to third-party business funding partners. We act as a referral source only and are not a lender, broker, or financial institution. Any business funding arrangement is between you and the third-party provider, subject to their own terms and conditions.
90-Day Homeowner Program
Our 90-Day Homeowner Program is a specialized credit repair and preparation service designed to help clients become mortgage-ready within 90 days. This program is included with Tier 3 (The Blueprint) and involves an accelerated dispute strategy combined with credit-building recommendations.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a legal resident of the United States
- Have a valid Social Security Number
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
4. Payment Terms
- Pricing: All service fees are one-time payments as listed on our pricing page. Tier 1 (The Reset) is $1,497. Tier 2 (The Unlimited) is $2,497. Tier 3 (The Blueprint) ranges from $3,500 to $7,500 based on your credit profile.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at the time of enrollment.
- No Monthly Fees: ImproveU does not charge recurring monthly fees for credit repair services. Your program fee is a one-time payment.
- SmartCredit Subscription: A separate SmartCredit subscription ($1 to start, $24.95/month thereafter) is required for all clients and is paid directly to SmartCredit. This fee is included free for Tier 3 clients.
- Refund Policy: Once work has begun on your file (disputes sent), program fees are generally non-refundable. However, qualifying Tier 1 and Tier 3 clients are protected by our 90-day money-back guarantee (see Section 5).
5. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Clients enrolled in Tier 1 (The Reset) and Tier 3 (The Blueprint) are eligible for our 90-day money-back guarantee, subject to the following conditions:
- You must maintain an active SmartCredit subscription throughout the 90-day period
- You must respond to requests for information within 5 business days
- You must not open new derogatory accounts or take actions that negatively impact your credit during the program
- "Real, verifiable credit improvement" means at least one item removed or updated, or a measurable score increase, as documented through SmartCredit
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 10 days after the 90-day period ends
6. CROA Rights and Disclosures
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. 1679 et seq., you have the following rights:
- You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly
- No one can legally remove accurate, timely, and verifiable information from your credit report
- You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau
- You may cancel your contract with ImproveU without penalty or obligation within 5 business days from the date you signed it
- Credit repair organizations are prohibited from making false or misleading claims about their services
- You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the CROA

7. 5-Day Right to Cancel
In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you have the right to cancel your contract with ImproveU LLC without any penalty or obligation within 5 business days from the date you signed the service agreement. To cancel, you must provide written notice to:

If you cancel within the 5-day period, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
8. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
- Maintain an active SmartCredit credit monitoring subscription for the duration of your program
- Respond to communications and requests for information in a timely manner (within 5 business days)
- Not open new negative accounts or take actions that significantly harm your credit during your program
- Notify us of any changes to your contact information
- Review dispute results and progress updates in your client portal
- Understand that credit repair takes time and results vary by individual
9. Limitation of Liability
Results Vary: Credit repair results vary by individual. The outcome of your case depends on the specific items on your credit report, the accuracy of the information reported, and the responses received from credit bureaus and creditors. We do not and cannot guarantee specific credit score increases, specific item removals, or specific timelines.
Not a Law Firm: ImproveU LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our services are limited to credit repair as defined under applicable law. If you need legal advice, we recommend consulting with a qualified attorney.
Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImproveU LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:
- Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at help@improveu.net. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue within 30 days.
- Mediation: If informal resolution fails, either party may request mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Fresno County, California.
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California.
11. Termination
- By You: You may terminate your services at any time by providing written notice to help@improveu.net. Fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable except as provided by the 5-day cancellation right or the 90-day guarantee.
- By Us: We may terminate or suspend your services if you breach these Terms, provide false information, fail to maintain credit monitoring, become unresponsive for more than 30 days, or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, we will cease all dispute activity on your behalf. Any pending disputes already sent will continue through the normal bureau response process.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the design and layout of our website and client portal, is the property of ImproveU LLC and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
The ImproveU name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ImproveU LLC.
13. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with or refer you to third-party services, including but not limited to SmartCredit, Scorexer/Pulse, and business funding partners. These third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
