Yes. While ImproveU is based in Fresno, California, we serve clients nationwide. Credit repair is handled remotely through disputes sent to the three major bureaus, so your location doesn’t matter.
You’ll need a valid government-issued ID, your Social Security card (or SSN), and proof of address dated within the last 30 days (utility bill, bank statement, etc.).
The Reset (Tier 1) includes up to 6 dispute rounds with standard mail. The Unlimited (Tier 2) includes unlimited rounds with certified mail and advanced escalations. The Blueprint (Tier 3) is our highest level — handled personally by James with direct access, legal escalations, and includes our 90-Day Homeowner Program.
Depending on your plan, disputes are sent via standard mail (Tier 1) or certified mail with tracking (Tier 2 & 3). Certified mail creates a legal paper trail that adds pressure to bureaus and creditors to respond properly.
Under the FCRA, bureaus have 30 days to investigate a dispute. If they don’t respond within that window, the item must legally be removed from your report. We track every deadline and escalate when bureaus fail to comply.
Yes. Our 90-Day Homeowner Program (included in Tier 3 or available separately) is specifically designed to get you from denied to approved. We repair your credit, position your file for lender approval, and connect you with our in-house senior loan officer for pre-approval.
